This traditional 14-15 lbs. whole ham (with bone) is enough to feed a large, extended family - with plenty of leftovers for delicious, mile-high sandwiches. Its extra lean fine grain makes for easy slicing. And you can also use the bone to make creamy split pea soup. Our traditional slow-cured ham is steeped in maple syrup and spices, then soaked ever so slowly to create a distinctive, savory taste.
