How do I track my order?
When your gift ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Local delivery by our drivers can be tracked through our Customer Service department at 800-551-7327.
Will UPS leave my gift or require a signature?
As a general rule, the drivers will leave a package when they consider it a safe area and signatures are not required. It is up to the driver’s discretion whether a package is left or a reattempt is made. As a rule, 3 delivery attempts are made before the package is returned to us.
How do I request a catalog?
You can request a catalog via our Request a Catalog page on the website, email us at customerservice@pembertonfarms.com or call us at 800-551-7327.
What are your customer service hours?
Our toll free line (800-551-7327) is available for your convenience Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM EST. Holiday hours are 8AM-8PM EST Monday thru Friday with extended hours on the weekends. These hours are subject to change.
Is my information private and secure?
Maintaining your privacy is our highest priority, we do not sell or share any of your information. Our site is 100% secure and your information is safe.
How do I order a large number of gifts?
To order more than 25 gifts please call us at 800-551-7327 and we will provide a spreadsheet order form that you can email or fax to us. Our Customer Service department will walk you through any large quantity ordering.
How do I unsubscribe from Pemberton’s email promotions?
The option to unsubscribe from our email promotions is located at the bottom of the email promotion. You may also email us at customerservice@pembertonfarms.com.
How do I remove myself from Pemberton’s mailing list?

Do we ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I know when my gift will arrive?
Your gift is handmade when you order it and shipped according to the date(s) you request.
Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship that day.
Orders placed after 2PM EST will usually ship the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekends will ship on the next business day.
Many of our gifts are perishable and to ensure freshness we will determine the best date to ship your gift with as little travel time as possible. For example, orders placed on Thursday or Friday may leave on the following Monday so they won’t be sitting in a warehouse or a truck for the weekend.

Can I make substitutions?
Substitutions can be made in select gifts depending upon product availability. Please call Customer Service at 800-551-7327 with specific requests.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled if it has not shipped. Please call Customer Service at 800-551-7327 as soon as possible.
Can I purchase a specific item from a gift I received?
Yes, depending upon availability of the product most items can be purchased separately. Please call Customer Service at 800-551-7327 for further details.
Can I customize my gift?
Absolutely, we can work with any budget to build the gift you choose & have many products available that you may not see on our website or catalog.
How do I heat the ham I received from Pemberton Farms?
Remove all packaging and netting. Place in roasting pan with 2-3 oz. of water. Cover and heat in a pre-heated 325 degree oven for 10 minutes per pound or internal temperature of 140 degrees.
Why can’t I ship fruit to California and Arizona?
Agricultural laws prevent us from shipping fruit to those states. However, we can send a non-perishable gift for you. Please call Customer Service at 800-551-7327 with any questions.
Do we deliver on Saturdays?
